Land: - This particular land which we have chosen is in Yellapur, in a place called Kalammanagar. This land is 1.5 kilometers away from main town. In front of the land there is Government high school and Government First grade college, where many Siddis and other poor students go to school and college. Beside the land there are two government girls hostel (Boarding centre for poor students who come from distant villages. The land consists of 4356 square feet’s and with no construction on it, thus good to construct building as per our plan since it has enough space. The front side has road attached to property. The cost of the land in rupees is 14,00,000/- In USA dollar $ 21,538. (At the rate of 65 rupees per dollar)
Building and Annual utilities: - For construction of the building including annual utilities cost is in Indian rupees 20,00,000/- In USA dollar $ 30,769. The building will be with two floors of 20 by 50 square feet’s. Ground floor holds the four rooms (Computer class room, teaching room, office room and radio or media centre.) with toilet attached. The first floor will be community hall with female and male bathrooms.
Annual taxes: - Annual taxes for two floor building per year is approximately 4000 in rupees which is $ 62 dollars.
